The 2026 Thayer County fair dates are Wednesday August 5th-Saturday August 8th. If you are interested in being an outdoor vendor at the fair, please take the time to fill out the required information below. The registration deadline is July 27th.

This year’s fair will kick off with the annual parade on Wednesday evening. The days will feature 4-H exhibits and shows, as well as FFA and Open Class exhibits. The evening hours will consist of a carnival, beer garden, and grandstand entertainment; the final night will have a concert with a featured artist! We look forward to you being a part of our fair!
Guidelines:
- Set-up time for vendors is TUESDAY August 4th between 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., or WEDNESDAY August 5th 9 a.m.-Noon.
- Locations will be filled on a first‐come, first‐set up basis at a fee of $75 per exhibit.

Outdoor Vendor Fee: $75 (Forms need to be received, with payment, by July 25. After that date, you are not guaranteed a spot).
